- Proven success in SEO, AEO, HubSpot, and Paid Ads.
- Expertise in Google Marketing Platform (GA4, GTM, GSC).
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics.
- Exceptional client relationship management, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring staff.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of customized strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of key accounts.
- Manage high-level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Utilize your expertise in SEO and AEO to optimize client websites for search visibility, traffic generation, and lead conversion.
- Oversee HubSpot implementations, ensuring proper integration and utilization of marketing automation tools and CRM capabilities.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing performance metrics, providing clients with actionable insights.
- Act as a consultant to clients, advising them on best practices, market trends, and digital strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring alignment on client objectives.
- Mentor and support junior account managers, fostering a culture of collaboration.
