  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Exceptional client relationship management, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in leading teams and mentoring staff.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of customized strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of key accounts.

  • Act as a consultant to clients, advising them on best practices, market trends, and digital strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring alignment on client objectives.
