  • Advertise job openings on company careers page, social media, and job boards
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Update employee database on company portal
  • Gather information on attendance and leave data
  • Coordinate with Accounts team on payroll processing details
