Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Interest in data and technology.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, or customer service.
- Experience with university/campus recruitment.
- Previous experience recruiting for outpatient physical therapy or allied health.
- Specialized Recruiting Certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and TA Managers to understand current and forecasted staffing needs.
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Conduct research and market analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of PT and PTA candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening calls.
- Develop and maintain sourcing metrics and reporting.
- Stay up to date on state licensure requirements.
- Represent the company at career fairs and industry networking opportunities.
- Partner with branding team for outreach messaging.
- Manage data in ATS and CRM.
