Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in data and technology.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, or customer service.
  • Experience with university/campus recruitment.
  • Previous experience recruiting for outpatient physical therapy or allied health.
  • Specialized Recruiting Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and TA Managers to understand current and forecasted staffing needs.
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of PT and PTA candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening calls.
  • Develop and maintain sourcing metrics and reporting.
  • Stay up to date on state licensure requirements.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and industry networking opportunities.
  • Partner with branding team for outreach messaging.
  • Manage data in ATS and CRM.
