Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures, guidelines, HR technology, and tools
  • Process improvement and project implementation experience
  • Knowledge in the Talent Acquisition space with understanding of process, systems, and sourcing platforms
  • Workday knowledge
  • Advanced multi-tasking ability
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding activities to include, but not limited to, offer letter generation, background checks, pre-employment screening, and validating work authorization (I-9s)
  • Drive operational excellence through process reengineering and the effective use of systems and technology
  • Support joint efforts with the HR Analytics team to build out reports and dashboards to measure recruiting and operational effectiveness
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement, while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and proper interpretation
  • Manage TA department self-audits and communicate results
  • Co-Manage Background Work Authorization vendor relationship and background guidelines
