  • Deep expertise in GTM recruiting for roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Exceptional outbound sourcing skills and hunter mentality.
  • Expertise with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
  • Impeccable organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (preferred).
  • Cyber security knowledge and experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers and executives to understand their talent needs, define role requirements, and develop effective interview processes.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through a variety of channels, building robust and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Leverage data and key metrics to inform recruiting strategies and provide insights on market trends.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication.
  • Demonstrate strong data hygiene within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with the People team on employer branding and onboarding.
  • Drive AI-powered recruiting by leveraging tools for talent identification and research.
