- Deep expertise in GTM recruiting for roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Exceptional outbound sourcing skills and hunter mentality.
- Expertise with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
- Impeccable organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (preferred).
- Cyber security knowledge and experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers and executives to understand their talent needs, define role requirements, and develop effective interview processes.
- Proactively source passive candidates through a variety of channels, building robust and diverse talent pipelines.
- Leverage data and key metrics to inform recruiting strategies and provide insights on market trends.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication.
- Demonstrate strong data hygiene within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the People team on employer branding and onboarding.
- Drive AI-powered recruiting by leveraging tools for talent identification and research.
