Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable, Workday, Lever, or BambooHR.
  • Ability to manage recruitment priorities across multiple countries.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making capability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition approval through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple markets.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
  • Manage offer negotiation and acceptance processes.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on KPIs.
  • Coordinate hiring activities across multiple time zones and countries.
