Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable, Workday, Lever, or BambooHR.
- Ability to manage recruitment priorities across multiple countries.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making capability.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition approval through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple markets.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Manage offer negotiation and acceptance processes.
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment metrics and report on KPIs.
- Coordinate hiring activities across multiple time zones and countries.
