  • Skilled in negotiation and offer closing

  • Execute full-cycle in IT skills recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
  • Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring timely hiring
  • Conduct screening and behavioral interviews
  • Apply advanced sourcing techniques across various platforms
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
  • Partner with hiring managers to define selection criteria
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarks
