- Proven track record hiring for Software/Data Engineering, AIML, Product, or Design roles
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment marketing
- Deep understanding of Indian talent market dynamics
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions
- Skilled in negotiation and offer closing
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle in IT skills recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
- Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring timely hiring
- Conduct screening and behavioral interviews
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques across various platforms
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to define selection criteria
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks
- Represent the organization as a brand ambassador
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and TA dashboards
