Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior-level hiring in fast-paced tech environments.
- Demonstrated success hiring for regulated fintech roles (risk, compliance, brokerage ops, tax, finance, legal).
- Strong sourcing capability for specialized roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building structured and efficient interview processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-literate and comfortable using recruiting analytics.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill business roles across Alpaca.
- Build proactive pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategy and drive interview execution.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Advise stakeholders on market dynamics, compensation, leveling, and hiring competitiveness.
- Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve processes and conversion rates.
- Improve recruiting processes and infrastructure, including ATS hygiene and structured interviewing.
- Help strengthen employer brand.
