Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior-level hiring in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for regulated fintech roles (risk, compliance, brokerage ops, tax, finance, legal).
  • Strong sourcing capability for specialized roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience building structured and efficient interview processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-literate and comfortable using recruiting analytics.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill business roles across Alpaca.
  • Build proactive pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategy and drive interview execution.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Advise stakeholders on market dynamics, compensation, leveling, and hiring competitiveness.
  • Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve processes and conversion rates.
  • Improve recruiting processes and infrastructure, including ATS hygiene and structured interviewing.
  • Help strengthen employer brand.
