- 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- CSP level certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison for technical escalations.
- Contribute to workshops to unlock platform value.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Create and measure Success Plans with key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Support for issue resolution.
- Advocate for customer needs across internal departments.
- Partner with Sales to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
