Requirements

  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • CSP level certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical escalations.
  • Contribute to workshops to unlock platform value.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Create and measure Success Plans with key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support for issue resolution.
  • Advocate for customer needs across internal departments.
  • Partner with Sales to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
