Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Comfortable working with technical, production, or product-based processes
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn internal systems
  • Experience in jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, luxury goods, or custom manufacturing highly preferred
  • Ability to work aligned with US business hours

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Gather, validate, and clarify customer requirements for custom jewellery designs
  • Translate customer inputs into structured instructions for CAD, design, and production teams
  • Guide customers on design feasibility, material selection, pricing considerations, and production constraints
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to track order progress and ensure timely execution
  • Follow up on pending inputs, approvals, and stalled orders
  • Maintain accurate documentation and updates in internal systems
