Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work through ambiguity
- Comfortable working with technical, production, or product-based processes
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn internal systems
- Experience in jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, luxury goods, or custom manufacturing highly preferred
- Ability to work aligned with US business hours
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Gather, validate, and clarify customer requirements for custom jewellery designs
- Translate customer inputs into structured instructions for CAD, design, and production teams
- Guide customers on design feasibility, material selection, pricing considerations, and production constraints
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to track order progress and ensure timely execution
- Follow up on pending inputs, approvals, and stalled orders
- Maintain accurate documentation and updates in internal systems
