Requirements

  • 2+ years of advanced technical experience with WordPress.
  • Deep understanding of WP core, database architecture, and application-level troubleshooting.
  • Strong foundation in web hosting infrastructure and server-side performance.
  • Experience in a Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer role.
  • Experience conducting regular business reviews with mid-market or agency customers.
  • Proficiency with performance monitoring tools like GTMetrix, Lighthouse, Google PageSpeed Insights, WP-CLI, and wp-doctor.
  • Expertise in managing complex technical escalations end-to-end.
  • Fluency with AI tools for professional workflows.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sale technical relationship for a named portfolio of accounts.
  • Lead new customers through onboarding.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs) to review health and opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor customer health signals and performance metrics.
  • Serve as primary technical escalation path and drive root-cause resolution.
  • Drive WordPress platform health through audits and optimizations.
  • Identify and drive expansion and renewal opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Document resolved escalations and workflows for the team knowledge base.
  • Use AI for log analysis, audit summarization, and health reporting.
