Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong exposure to European tech hiring environments.
  • Proven track record hiring in early-stage startups (Seed or Series A).
  • Technical fluency to engage with engineers and understand software development stacks.
  • Experience hiring across both technical and commercial functions.
  • Background in SaaS or AI-driven startups.
  • Strong sourcing mindset.
  • Highly data-driven approach with experience tracking recruiting KPIs.
  • Strong ownership mentality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product, design) as well as commercial roles (sales, GTM, customer success).
  • Build, maintain, and continuously nurture strong talent pipelines.
  • Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies across European tech and SaaS markets.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines with strong analytical discipline.
  • Design and optimize hiring workflows and processes.
  • Ensure a structured, fast, and candidate-respectful interview process.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
