- 6+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong exposure to European tech hiring environments.
- Proven track record hiring in early-stage startups (Seed or Series A).
- Technical fluency to engage with engineers and understand software development stacks.
- Experience hiring across both technical and commercial functions.
- Background in SaaS or AI-driven startups.
- Strong sourcing mindset.
- Highly data-driven approach with experience tracking recruiting KPIs.
- Strong ownership mentality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product, design) as well as commercial roles (sales, GTM, customer success).
- Build, maintain, and continuously nurture strong talent pipelines.
- Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies across European tech and SaaS markets.
- Manage recruitment pipelines with strong analytical discipline.
- Design and optimize hiring workflows and processes.
- Ensure a structured, fast, and candidate-respectful interview process.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
