Requirements

  • One or more years’ experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets with a focus on technical or gaming roles.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, filters, advanced search).
  • Consistent ability to produce high-volume, high-quality sourcing output.
  • English level: B2 — sufficient for internal communication with recruiters.
  • Able to actively and effectively communicate ideas and progress.
  • Solid knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and research tools.
  • Knowledge of additional CIS or European languages.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS
  • Develop and maintain a detailed sourcing plan and progress report for each role.
  • Create high-quality lists of profiles for assigned roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines for roles assigned by the recruiters.
  • Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions.
  • Work with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and understand role requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges, and market insights.
