Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support.
- Strong experience building rapport and providing customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates.
- Excellent attention to detail for compliance and documentation audits.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve candidate barriers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
- Adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude for ATS and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates.
- Monitor and manage candidate progression through various systems.
- Review submitted documents and conduct state-regulated compliance checks.
- Proactively re-engage candidates and seek referrals.
- Provide central operational support by co-managing voicemails, tickets, and emails.
- Actively participate in ongoing pilots and experiments to improve hiring outcomes.
