Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support.
  • Strong experience building rapport and providing customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates.
  • Excellent attention to detail for compliance and documentation audits.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve candidate barriers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude for ATS and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates.
  • Monitor and manage candidate progression through various systems.
  • Review submitted documents and conduct state-regulated compliance checks.
  • Proactively re-engage candidates and seek referrals.
  • Provide central operational support by co-managing voicemails, tickets, and emails.
  • Actively participate in ongoing pilots and experiments to improve hiring outcomes.
