Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital experience, UX strategy, product optimization, or personalization-focused roles.
  • Strong experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems, including platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize end-to-end user journeys across complex digital ecosystems.
  • Experience leveraging behavioral data, analytics, and user insights to drive experience improvements.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4 and digital analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of human-centered design principles, journey mapping, and UX strategy.
  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and behavioral triggers in CRM environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design principles, and scalable digital frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the optimization, testing, and quality assurance of core digital experiences, including landing pages, application flows, and engagement tools such as forms and chat.
  • Define and execute A/B testing strategies, including hypothesis development, experiment design, and measurement of success criteria.
  • Analyze and improve end-to-end user journeys across web, CRM, and enrollment systems to ensure seamless and connected experiences.
  • Identify friction points in user journeys and translate behavioral insights into actionable experience improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enrollment teams to implement and measure experience enhancements.
  • Leverage analytics tools (such as GA4 and behavioral dashboards) to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver regular reporting on experience health, translating data into clear recommendations and priorities.
  • Contribute to innovation and personalization strategies by identifying opportunities based on user behavior, intent signals, and lifecycle stages.
  • Support experimentation and pilot initiatives, ensuring new digital experiences are user-centered, measurable, and scalable.
  • Participate in competitive and market audits to inform experience strategy and innovation roadmap development.
