Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service, contact center, or member support experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual English/Vietnamese (Read, Write, Speak).
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software.
- Ability to work on-camera for training and meetings.
- Distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and complex, sensitive interactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Build caring connections with members through empathy and respect.
- Own member interactions end-to-end to ensure first-call resolution.
- Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, and claims.
- Assist members with provider networks and support service needs.
- Document all interactions and outcomes in real time.
- Address complaints and grievances to identify root causes.
- Support outbound outreach initiatives for member engagement.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
