  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual English/Vietnamese (Read, Write, Speak).
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work on-camera for training and meetings.
  • Distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and complex, sensitive interactions.
  • Flexibility to work shifts to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build caring connections with members through empathy and respect.
  • Own member interactions end-to-end to ensure first-call resolution.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, and claims.
  • Assist members with provider networks and support service needs.
  • Document all interactions and outcomes in real time.
  • Address complaints and grievances to identify root causes.
  • Support outbound outreach initiatives for member engagement.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
