Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional iOS development experience with consumer apps at scale.
- Fluency with AI coding tooling like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and agentic workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
- Experience leading UIKit to SwiftUI migrations.
- Experience with Coordinator/AppController patterns, protocol-driven services, and value-type view models.
- Experience integrating with JSON:API-style backends and Shopify APIs.
- Skilled in writing prompts, evals, and guardrails for AI systems.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and async collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Direct multiple AI coding agents in parallel to design, build, test, and ship iOS features.
- Take total ownership of iOS app lifecycle from discovery to release and monitoring.
- Run engineer-as-a-team workflow by spawning agents for spec drafting, coding, testing, and triage.
- Develop architectural points of view for iOS code review and quality standards.
- Design prompts, evals, and harnesses for repeatable AI-assisted development.
- Stand up automation for Fastlane, CircleCI, TestFlight, and AI-powered review gates.
- Monitor production health via Sentry and Datadog and triage incidents autonomously.
