Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience with front-end native Android application development and architecture.
- Experience with Android mobile application architecture including MVVM and coordinator pattern.
- Cross-platform mobile development experience including iOS (Swift, Objective-C).
- Experience with reactive programming with Java.
- Expertise in mobile application performance optimization (crash monitoring, memory leak detection, etc.).
- Strong software testing background including TDD and QA frameworks.
- Technical leadership experience: quarterly OKR development, cross-team coordination, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build financial products end-to-end including complex onboarding and state management.
- Lead design language system, architecture, and implementation of reusable component libraries.
- Own third-party banking integrations with caching and error handling.
- Build scalable infrastructure including deep linking and engineering processes.
- Drive platform quality and resolve performance issues.
- Set technical direction and develop quarterly OKRs.
- Modernize legacy code and remove deprecated patterns.
