Requirements
- BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience building and delivering production mobile applications.
- 4+ years of experience with native Android and/or iOS development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing with Flutter.
- Expertise in mobile architecture and design patterns like MVC and MVVM.
- Experience designing reliable, scalable mobile systems.
- Experience implementing comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-squad projects through their full lifecycle.
- Architect and build scalable services for enrollment and content experience features.
- Define mobile platform patterns across server-driven UI, observability, and experimentation.
- Shape the architectural vision for the mobile application through RFCs and documentation.
- Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering their growth and technical leadership.
- Ensure robust system quality through unit and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, to enhance efficiency.
