Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including strong expertise in NodeJS, React, and C# .NET.
- Proven experience operating at Staff or Lead Engineer level with ownership of large-scale technical systems.
- Strong background in CI/CD systems, build automation, deployment pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of software architecture and distributed engineering systems across teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (Azure experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across teams without formal authority.
- Demonstrated ability to improve developer productivity, engineering velocity, and system reliability at scale.
- Strong mentoring mindset and ability to guide engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain developer experience platforms, automation tools, and shared engineering systems that streamline the SDLC.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, build systems, deployment automation, and reusable engineering templates.
- Define and promote engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across multiple teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Partner with engineering, product, security, and SRE teams to identify friction points and implement high-impact technical solutions.
- Monitor and improve key engineering performance metrics such as build reliability, deployment success rates, and cycle times.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership, guiding teams on DevEx, automation, and platform engineering practices.
- Drive long-term architectural strategy for developer platforms and anticipate future scalability and infrastructure needs.
