Requirements
- 8-10+ years of software engineering experience (Full-stack web developer with frontend bias).
- Production experience at scale.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (DataDog or similar).
- Deep knowledge of web performance (Core Web Vitals, caching, critical rendering path).
- Experience building REST APIs and GraphQL graphs.
- Experience utilizing cloud services (Vercel, AWS, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI software-development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
- 1-2+ years of experience in a tech lead capacity.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of complex technical initiatives across the full stack.
- Design and architect maintainable, scalable, and performant systems.
- Mentor and uplevel engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and documentation.
- Collaborate with EM and PM on roadmap planning and stakeholder management.
- Participate in Pod Lead rotations and handle on-call duties via PagerDuty.
- Ensure production reliability and set up observability and alerting.
- Drive engineering best practices and architectural decisions.
