Requirements
- BS/Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8-12 years of server-side software development experience.
- Expertise in Go, Java, or Kotlin.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL (schema design, SQL tuning, monitoring).
- Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, database design, and testing best practices.
- Working knowledge of GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes (plus).
- High-growth startup experience (plus).
- Highly disciplined approach to software design.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end product features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leads on functional and technical requirements.
- Produce technical design documentation with scope and risk estimates.
- Apply software development best practices, testing, and automation.
- Leverage AWS technologies (Lambda, Fargate) for batch processing.
- Perform production triages, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Mentor and provide code review feedback to junior team members.
- Partner with leadership to develop technical roadmaps.
