  • 1+ years of technical or customer support experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer issues using internal & external documentation and tools
  • Deliver support through email, phone, and chat
  • Become Smartsheet Product Certified
  • Partner with leaders to meet performance goals in CSAT and quality
  • Become an expert in a specific product area
  • Contribute to team projects
  • Provide and receive feedback on team processes
