Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer issues using internal & external documentation and tools
- Deliver support through email, phone, and chat
- Become Smartsheet Product Certified
- Partner with leaders to meet performance goals in CSAT and quality
- Become an expert in a specific product area
- Contribute to team projects
- Provide and receive feedback on team processes
