Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in startup, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Strong portfolio showing both marketing sites and product design.
- Advanced Figma proficiency including Auto Layout, components, and variables.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Strong visual design skills (typography, layout, spacing, color, hierarchy).
- Experience with conversion-focused design.
- Ability to collaborate with developers.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the marketing website and responsive page layouts.
- Design high-converting landing pages for campaigns.
- Support experimentation initiatives and A/B testing for conversion optimization.
- Contribute to the design of the platform including dashboards, feeds, and data visualizations.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with engineering for implementation.
- Conduct usability reviews and address feedback.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system.
