Requirements
- 3–4+ years of practical professional experience in production design, print production, or related design workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Proven experience preparing production-ready files for physical print output
- Strong understanding of file setup, bleeds, safe zones, resolution requirements, and color modes
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
- Strong spoken and written English for daily collaboration
- Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time business hours
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume production design requests with consistent accuracy
- Prepare clean, production-ready files that meet print and output specifications
- Adapt to internal workflows, systems, and production processes
- Proactively identify and solve design or file-preparation issues
- Help reduce production bottlenecks by taking ownership of routine design execution
- Collaborate effectively with the Art Director while maintaining strong independent workflow ownership
