Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in UI or Visual Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Strong visual design fundamentals.
- Experience delivering production-ready UI.
- Experience working with engineering and QA teams.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Translate approved wireframes and UX flows into high-quality UI without redefining interaction models or user journeys.
- Deliver pixel-accurate, polished designs with strong attention to layout, spacing, alignment, and component consistency.
- Create clean, scalable, and well-structured Figma files using component libraries, auto layout, variants, and clear naming conventions.
- Own design outputs through final refinement, ensuring deliverables are complete, cohesive, and cover all states and edge cases.
- Review implemented builds against designs, identify gaps, and work with engineering to resolve discrepancies.
- Apply and reinforce design system standards to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage multiple workstreams with clear organisation, documentation, and proactive follow-through.
