Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills for international stakeholders.
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking ability, translating business and UX requirements into effective visual solutions.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Experience creating and evolving design systems, UI components, and scalable visual frameworks.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern digital workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
Strong mentorship skills and ability to guide junior designers.

Create and deliver high-fidelity visual UI designs, ensuring strong alignment with brand identity, user needs, and business objectives.
Develop interface systems, components, typography, and visual languages across multiple platforms and screen sizes.
Participate actively in ideation sessions, contributing sketches, mood boards, concepts, and design directions.
Build and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Collaborate closely with UX designers, strategists, developers, and creative directors to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
Produce prototypes and motion concepts using tools such as Figma and AI-assisted design platforms.
Stay current with emerging design trends, methodologies, and AI-powered design tools, proactively introducing best practices.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
