- Minimum 7-10 years of related advocacy and electoral campaign experience in organizing and management.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a regional/multi-state campaign manager or director.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated advocacy, legislative, electoral, and organizing campaigns.
- Strong project management and operational planning skills.
- Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.
- Excellent diplomatic judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing conflict and crisis.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams across divisions and geographies.
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex political strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to apply a race equity lens in project design and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Serves as lead strategist for advancing advocacy, electoral, and policy campaigns in assigned multi-state region.
- Develops and adapts campaign strategies to advance reproductive health care and rights.
- Collaborates with local PP advocacy and political organizations to advance shared agendas.
- Provides training, coaching, and technical assistance to build capacity for local organizations.
- Leads coordination between national and local teams to execute joint actions.
- Maintains tracking systems for affiliate activities and monitors work-related expenditures.
- Builds toolkits, templates, and resources for use by affiliates.
- Writes and implements campaign plans to achieve policy and advocacy goals.
