Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations
- Experience supporting recruiting workflows and ATS operations within Greenhouse
- Experience building, auditing, or supporting recruiting reports and dashboards
- Strong systems-thinking and operational problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Recruiting and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain recruiting workflows and operational processes within Greenhouse ATS
- Manage requisition structure, opening setup, pipeline integrity, and workflow hygiene
- Partner with TA leadership to improve recruiting operations and pipeline health
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow gaps and reporting inconsistencies
- Build, maintain, and validate TA dashboards, reports, and operational metrics
- Audit recruiting data to ensure reporting accuracy and operational integrity
- Create and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and reporting standards
- Monitor recruiting operational health and identify opportunities for improvement
