Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience (or Master's degree with 8+ years experience)
- Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Ability to work across multiple data sources and reconcile discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills for formatting data and drafting commentary
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting (KPI reviews, Board materials, SLT presentations)
- Experience in commercial finance / sales finance
- Prefer experience in a high-growth or ad tech environment
Responsibilities
- Own recurring revenue reporting workflows - daily/weekly file maintenance, revenue trackers, attainment dashboards, and variance analysis
- Prepare and update executive materials for KPI reviews, Board of Directors presentations, and SLT meetings
- Conduct variance analysis on revenue movements and deliver clear, concise commentary
- Support quarterly sales target-setting - reconciling forecasts and flagging areas of risk and opportunity
- Own the commercial commission review process - synthesizing attainment data and providing analysis
- Execute ad-hoc analysis for Revenue, GTM, and Commercial leadership
- Maintain and improve core financial reporting infrastructure
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams
- Apply a common-sense quality check to all outputs and ensure data integrity
