  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting bookings targets.
  • Fluency in modern sales methodologies such as Winning by Design, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sale.
  • Experience building quantified business cases for ROI-driven selling.
  • Proven second-line leadership experience coaching front-line managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to champion and build AI-supported workflows in sales.
  • Data-driven operational skills with proficiency in pipeline math.

Responsibilities

  • Own bookings and forecast accuracy for SMB and Mid-market new logo growth.
  • Build a repeatable sales engine and improve conversion and velocity.
  • Coach the team on diagnostic-first, ROI-driven selling methodologies.
  • Implement agentic AI workflows for research, business-case construction, and outreach.
  • Manage and recruit high-performing sales talent, including front-line managers.
  • Represent the sales department in leadership and cross-functional forums.
  • Partner with Marketing, CS, RevOps, and Product teams.
