- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting bookings targets.
- Fluency in modern sales methodologies such as Winning by Design, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sale.
- Experience building quantified business cases for ROI-driven selling.
- Proven second-line leadership experience coaching front-line managers.
- Demonstrated ability to champion and build AI-supported workflows in sales.
- Data-driven operational skills with proficiency in pipeline math.
Responsibilities
- Own bookings and forecast accuracy for SMB and Mid-market new logo growth.
- Build a repeatable sales engine and improve conversion and velocity.
- Coach the team on diagnostic-first, ROI-driven selling methodologies.
- Implement agentic AI workflows for research, business-case construction, and outreach.
- Manage and recruit high-performing sales talent, including front-line managers.
- Represent the sales department in leadership and cross-functional forums.
- Partner with Marketing, CS, RevOps, and Product teams.
