Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Customer Experience Insights, or similar data-driven roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
  • Advanced experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, including regression analysis, segmentation, and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis or automation is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack practices, including version control (Git).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve customer experience outcomes across global CX operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business objectives, OKRs, and operational priorities.
  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools.
  • Translate business questions into efficient SQL queries and structured analytical outputs.
  • Design and execute strategic analyses (e.g., segmentation, forecasting, regression) to optimize CX performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain high-quality analytical practices, including structured documentation and version control.
