Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Customer Experience Insights, or similar data-driven roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
- Advanced experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, including regression analysis, segmentation, and forecasting techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with Python for data analysis or automation is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with modern data stack practices, including version control (Git).
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve customer experience outcomes across global CX operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business objectives, OKRs, and operational priorities.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools.
- Translate business questions into efficient SQL queries and structured analytical outputs.
- Design and execute strategic analyses (e.g., segmentation, forecasting, regression) to optimize CX performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality analytical practices, including structured documentation and version control.
