Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in AP/AR, lease abstraction, or similar finance/real estate data roles.
Basic understanding of real estate leases is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail with strong data accuracy and validation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight operational deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive and structured working approach.
Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Extract and abstract key data points from lease agreements and related contractual documents with high accuracy.
Input and maintain lease information across portfolio and lease administration systems and master data trackers.
Perform lease document review and matching to ensure completeness before abstraction and reporting.
Validate and cross-check lease abstracts, system entries, and financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Prepare and support rental payment schedules, invoices review, and reconciliation of lease-related charges.
Assist in accounts transition activities, including audits, data validation, and process testing for new portfolios.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support payment or documentation queries.
Generate financial and operational reports including accounts payable/receivable summaries and lease analytics inputs.
Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards, documentation procedures, and operational guidelines.
