Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in commercial project management, communications, or related strategic roles (or 5+ years with advanced degree)
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-facing organizations
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational alignment
- Experience leading executive or organizational communications
- Proven ability to manage large-scale meetings, training programs, or commercial events
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced transformation environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Lead internal commercial communications strategy, including messaging, content development, and multi-channel engagement
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable messaging for field teams
- Manage recurring communication cadences such as newsletters, leadership updates, and organizational announcements
- Support annual and quarterly commercial planning processes
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting tools, and metrics
- Coordinate commercial enablement initiatives, including national meetings, leadership summits, and field training events
- Ensure readiness and alignment across cross-functional teams
- Track dependencies, risks, and action items
