Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, operations, architecture, planning, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, commercial strategy, consulting, or airport-related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior leadership and clients
- Strong organizational skills, self-direction, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Curiosity-driven mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, complex environments
Responsibilities
- Analyze passenger flow, dwell time, and spending data to inform concession strategies across retail, food and beverage, and services
- Support long-term commercial planning aligned with airport expansions, traffic forecasts, and infrastructure development
- Contribute to non-aeronautical revenue growth through optimized commercial strategies across airport networks
- Define space requirements and allocation strategies based on operational data and terminal design considerations
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and operations teams to design efficient and high-performing commercial layouts
- Support the full leasing lifecycle including RFP development, contract execution, and portfolio tracking
- Monitor lease performance, expirations, and commercial outcomes to identify risks and opportunities
- Lead and support commercial advisory projects, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders and clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development and growth initiatives
