Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketplace management, with deep expertise in Amazon (1P/3P) and Walmart (1P/3P).
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level client accounts and leading executive stakeholder relationships.
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing account teams.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce, retail media, and full-funnel marketplace strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in client-facing and executive-level discussions.
- Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance data interpretation.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and influence client decision-making.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring revenue growth, retention, and high-quality delivery across Amazon and other marketplace channels.
- Lead development of strategic roadmaps, growth plans, promotional calendars, and business reviews aligned with client objectives and performance targets.
- Serve as the primary senior client partner, leading executive-level conversations, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify upsell opportunities, expand client scopes, and drive incremental revenue growth across the portfolio.
- Manage and mentor a team of account managers, including workload distribution, coaching, performance feedback, and development planning.
- Oversee end-to-end execution across media, creative, retail, and marketplace operations, ensuring flawless delivery and alignment across teams.
- Translate performance data and reporting into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and optimization plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media, analytics, creative, and retail teams to ensure integrated execution.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, best practices, onboarding frameworks, and thought leadership initiatives.
