Responsibilities
- Respond to public comments with strong judgment and brand tone.
- Manage direct messages and private support conversations end-to-end.
- Use a CRM to review customer history and track cases.
- Provide support for account, login, billing, and subscription issues.
- Perform basic product guidance and technical triage.
- Use AI-assisted drafting tools for message response.
- Follow escalation paths for sensitive or high-risk issues.
- Maintain consistent quality and tone across rotating shifts.
