Responsibilities

  • Respond to public comments with strong judgment and brand tone.
  • Manage direct messages and private support conversations end-to-end.
  • Use a CRM to review customer history and track cases.
  • Provide support for account, login, billing, and subscription issues.
  • Perform basic product guidance and technical triage.
  • Use AI-assisted drafting tools for message response.
  • Follow escalation paths for sensitive or high-risk issues.
  • Maintain consistent quality and tone across rotating shifts.
