Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Merchandising, or Brand Coordination.
- Experience in the retail industry, specifically within Beauty/Hair Care.
- Familiarity with working alongside Ulta or Target.
- Proven ability to plan and implement retail marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of production and distribution of in-store marketing materials.
- Proven experience in vendor management and budget management.
- Ability to monitor and analyze campaign performance, foot traffic, and sales data.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement retail marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and local store events.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials such as signage and displays.
- Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures.
- Work with store managers to tailor initiatives to local markets.
- Execute grassroots marketing efforts and community partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, foot traffic, and sales data.
- Support the integration of digital marketing with in-store promotions.
