Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Merchandising, or Brand Coordination.
  • Experience in the retail industry, specifically within Beauty/Hair Care.
  • Familiarity with working alongside Ulta or Target.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement retail marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of production and distribution of in-store marketing materials.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and budget management.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze campaign performance, foot traffic, and sales data.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement retail marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and local store events.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Manage the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials such as signage and displays.
  • Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures.
  • Work with store managers to tailor initiatives to local markets.
  • Execute grassroots marketing efforts and community partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, foot traffic, and sales data.
  • Support the integration of digital marketing with in-store promotions.
