Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within medical devices or IVD environments (preferred)
- Proven experience in product launches and product lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of market segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Solid analytical and business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, and Regulatory
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and business tools
- Self-starter with ability to influence without authority across global teams
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, positioning, launch, and post-launch optimization
- Develop and execute global marketing plans aligned with revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Lead global product launches, ensuring commercial readiness, training, forecasting, and regional alignment
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to define segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies
- Support pricing strategy, portfolio management, and business case development for new products
- Drive commercial execution through sales enablement tools, messaging, and training programs
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue performance, funnel metrics, and win/loss data to optimize strategy
- Partner with Marketing Communications to develop campaigns, content, and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Technical Support
