Requirements
- Extensive background in Revenue Cycle operations and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI).
- Experience with coding optimization, denials management, and revenue integrity.
- Demonstrated experience implementing, integrating, or supporting healthcare technologies.
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex financial, clinical, and technical concepts to senior executives.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong capability in analyzing complex workflows, revenue opportunities, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA).
- Prior experience working in or with major healthcare systems, health-tech companies, or revenue cycle consultancies.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary resource on Revenue Cycle and Clinical Documentation Improvement for sales and partner success teams.
- Collaborate with the commercial organization to support client engagements, demos, and strategic discussions.
- Engage directly with senior healthcare executives including CFOs, CIOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, and CDI directors.
- Manage a structured feedback loop with Product Management, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
- Serve as a visible industry leader at conferences, panels, and webinars.
- Serve as the primary product expert for the commercial team.
