Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or an analytical role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to command respect and create a sense of community.
- Knowledge of project management techniques, planning, monitoring, and controlling.
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
- Ability to solve and pre-empt problems.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop systems and provide training on newly created processes.
- Lead a team of project managers to standardize projects and integrate best practices.
- Establish guidelines for system documentation and oversee compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to design solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Coordinate with IT for resource prioritization and utilization.
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to project team members.
- Continuously improve project management methodologies and tools.
