Requirements
- Experience in SAP Technical Lead or Solution Delivery roles.
- Proficiency with integration and data conversion strategies.
- Knowledge of build deployment cycles and version control.
- Experience in technical governance and design coordination.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with defect triage and testing support (SIT, E2E, PAT).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery plan for all Build items (WRICEF, integrations, conversions, enhancements).
- Prioritize backlog with Design Leads, Architects and developers.
- Monitor build progress, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Direct daily work of Integration and Data Conversion teams (FTE + Vendor SI partners).
- Coordinate build deployment into Dev, QA, Performance, and Pre-Prod environments.
- Validate build artifacts meet Definition of Ready/Done.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and cross-functional leads.
- Ensure all technical documentation is current and enforced.
