Requirements

  • 10+ years of media strategy and planning experience.
  • Deep experience across linear and digital channels, especially video and social.
  • Strong POV on industry planning, insights, and competitive tools.
  • Expert knowledge of the media landscape.
  • Proficiency with planning tools like NMI, Commspoint, Kantar, SimilarWeb, Pathmatics, etc.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Expert written and oral communication, particularly in storytelling.
  • Ability to travel for occasional onsite meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning capability on key client accounts.
  • Orchestrate development of strategic media plans to drive business growth.
  • Partner with communications planners to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Produce and templatize core outputs of the planning tool suite.
  • Oversee training curriculum on consumer insights and media strategy.
  • Engage in C-level partnering to contribute to solution capabilities.
  • Act as a critical stakeholder in the development of planning tools.
  • Lead consultancy opportunities focused on media mix and audience development.
  • Build trust with clients as a strategic advisor.
