Requirements
- 10+ years of media strategy and planning experience.
- Deep experience across linear and digital channels, especially video and social.
- Strong POV on industry planning, insights, and competitive tools.
- Expert knowledge of the media landscape.
- Proficiency with planning tools like NMI, Commspoint, Kantar, SimilarWeb, Pathmatics, etc.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Expert written and oral communication, particularly in storytelling.
- Ability to travel for occasional onsite meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning capability on key client accounts.
- Orchestrate development of strategic media plans to drive business growth.
- Partner with communications planners to ensure strategic alignment.
- Produce and templatize core outputs of the planning tool suite.
- Oversee training curriculum on consumer insights and media strategy.
- Engage in C-level partnering to contribute to solution capabilities.
- Act as a critical stakeholder in the development of planning tools.
- Lead consultancy opportunities focused on media mix and audience development.
- Build trust with clients as a strategic advisor.
