Requirements
- 15+ years in sales, consulting, solutions consulting, strategy, or client strategy within healthcare.
- Experience with Alternative Plan Design products.
- Demonstrated experience designing and presenting solutions to senior stakeholders (C-Suite, HR, Benefits).
- Experience in digital health, health plans, benefits consulting, or healthcare navigation.
- Experience supporting enterprise and consultant-driven RFPs and strategic pursuits.
- Strong analytical skills, including interpreting claims, utilization, and ROI analyses.
- Ability to simplify complex technical or clinical concepts for executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to sales and client teams on key pursuits, renewals, and expansions.
- Diagnose client needs by synthesizing benefits design, population data, current vendors, and performance.
- Develop APD proposals that align capabilities with client goals.
- Help build persuasive narratives and visual materials for pitch decks and RFP responses.
- Partner with Sales on pursuit strategy, win themes, and stakeholder mapping.
- Contribute to playbooks, templates, and best practices for go-to-market and solutioning.
- Collaborate with Implementation, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
