Requirements

- 2+ years managing product managers in a high-growth environment.
- Experience owning a consumer or business product with measurable growth outcomes.
- Strong analytical instincts and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Technical and design fluency to partner with engineering and design teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to build trust.
- Experience with client portals, policy administration systems, or complex enterprise platforms preferred.
- Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision for the member portal and policy administration platform.
- Build a data-informed roadmap that balances new bets and platform investments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ship end-to-end experiences.
- Lead product development from ideation through launch.
- Establish a rigorous testing and experimentation culture.
- Set clear goals for performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
