Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of residence.
- 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail order, or hospital pharmacy.
- Must reside in Texas, Arizona, Florida, or Ohio.
- Intermediate PC skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with repetitive tasks.
- Ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work any hours between 8:00am-8:00pm CST.
Responsibilities
- Provide resolution or outreach on incomplete, invalid, or clinical-issue prescriptions.
- Communicate with physician offices and hospitals via fax or telephone.
- Research and update clarifications and denials on patient profiles.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to providers, patients, and retail pharmacies.
- Perform computations and administrative tasks.
- Work within defined quality standards and expectations.
