Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of professional SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Advanced knowledge of technical SEO including rendering, indexation, and site architecture.
- Proficiency in reading/reasoning about HTML source and semantic markup.
- Strong hands-on experience with crawl tools (Screaming Frog) and log file analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to build AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, prompt engineering).
- Experience directing content production and using hub-and-spoke or cluster models.
- Familiarity with GSC, GA4, Google Business Profile, and SEO platforms like Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience mentoring junior team members or reviewing SEO work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced technical audits including crawlability, indexation, schema, and page speed.
- Review and refine HTML semantics and structured data implementation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot ranking declines, indexation drops, and traffic anomalies.
- Lead crawl analysis using tools like Screaming Frog and log file review.
- Manage local SEO technical execution including Google Business Profile optimization.
- Design and build AI-assisted workflows for research, audit production, and content review.
- Direct content production via detailed briefs and internal linking strategies.
- Review SEO deliverables for accuracy and client readiness.
- Mentor and support SEO Specialists in technical execution and problem diagnosis.
