Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon SEO and listing optimization experience.
- Deep proficiency with DataDive or similar tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SmartScout.
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling Amazon product copy that drives rank.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's A9 and COSMO algorithms for reseller listings.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon bulk operations, flat files, and variation families.
- Experience managing large catalogs (1,000+ ASINs).
- Strong working proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini).
- Excellent written English proficiency.
- Ability to create structured SOPs and video walkthroughs.
Responsibilities
- Build a documented, repeatable SEO framework for title, bullet, and backend search term structures.
- Define keyword research methodology using DataDive and Helium 10.
- Optimize new and existing listings (2,500+ ASINs) to improve organic rank and visibility.
- Standardize keyword libraries across both SEO and PPC workflows.
- Identify and fix catalog quality issues and suppressed detail pages.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports on ASIN performance and SEO KPIs.
