Requirements

  • Proven experience managing renewals and driving account expansion
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort working in early-stage environments with evolving processes
  • A curious, coachable mindset with a bias toward action
  • Excitement about building from 0 to 1 alongside founders

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage customer relationships post-sale, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and partner with leadership to close growth opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and founders to influence roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Help define and refine ICPs, value propositions, use cases, and account playbooks
  • Maintain accurate account data, forecasts, and renewal pipelines in Salesforce
  • Lay the foundation for scalable account management and post-sales processes
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure long-term customer success and retention
