Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with consultative B2B sales, preferably within technology services or outsourcing environments.
  • Strong background selling to medium and large enterprise clients.
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to engage with CIOs, IT Managers, Heads of Technology, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated hunter profile with strong prospecting and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms and sales pipelines effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, map, and develop new enterprise clients, with a strong focus on the São Paulo market.
  • Drive new business generation through proactive hunting and strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology leaders, influencers, and decision-makers in medium and large organizations.
  • Conduct consultative B2B sales processes, understanding client challenges and aligning solutions to business needs.
  • Develop account plans, stakeholder mapping strategies, and tailored commercial approaches.
  • Manage sales pipelines, CRM activities, forecasting, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking.
  • Lead meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions with enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies, technical requirements, timelines, and delivery capacity.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technology hiring demands to support commercial intelligence initiatives.
